Spiritus Breathwork & Somatic Healing is a trauma-informed Shamanic-infused breathwork practice channeled by Australian-born Tim Morrison, as a powerful modality to heal and transform. By guiding you through a specific pattern of sustained conscious-connected breath, your body can find the ability to shift into states of deep reset, catharsis, release, and healing and/or enter higher states of altered consciousness. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, and include integration support.
